Shipping and Shipping Charges 

We ship all orders in Hong Kong via international airmail with registration or EMS to insure you get your shipment fast and protect incase of damaged or lost goods. We do not ship to P.O. Box.  Additional charges may apply to selected special orders such as complete kits, ready to fly kits and radio systems. 
Shipping methods on very large packages ( I.E.: Complete Nitro Deals )  may by changed and prices may vary (We do not charge handling fees, we only charge actual shipping)

Additional shipping and/or insurance charges may apply depending on package weight and value. In case of shipping damage, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. All orders are double checked at our warehouse before shipping. Claims about missing items have to be made within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. 


Shipping time averages:
International airmail with registration estimated 7-14 business days with tracking only on HK Post website
EMS about 3-5 business days with tracking worldwide


- Note that when shipping to some of the countries such as Spain, Italy...  please note that shipping times may not be honored as they have unusual long delays for customs check and package scanning.
